Parker then advised us that we can obtain approval from the Puamana Board of Directors if we want to make improvements on our own. After we became the official owner, we submitted a detailed improvement plan to the Puamana Board of Directors and received approval for our project through the resident manager before we proceed. We now have a beautiful garden at our lanai and glad that we contributed a piece of beauty to the community.
